Once in a Lifetime is a Santa Barbara wedding and event coordinating company. It unofficially started 9 years ago, when Dalina Michaels set out to plan her own wedding and realized how much work it was! From there, the business grew organically- first by helping friends and now, helping brides from all over who are looking to get married in Santa Barbara-without spending a fortune! As a former television news producer, Dalina loves creating timelines and figuring out all the details so that YOU can relax and ENJOY your wedding day.
Dalina is a graduate of Westmont College with a degree in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts. When she's not at a wedding, she loves to spend time with her husband, Mike, and their 2 daughters. Once in a Lifetime was honored to be named Finalist "Best Wedding Planner- 2017 and 2016" by the Santa Barbara Independent "Reader's Choice" Awards!
We were also named : "Best Wedding/Event Planner 2015" By the Santa Barbara NewsPress Reader's Choice Awards, and was runner up for "Best Wedding Planner" in 2014.
