Vendor Management: Once In a Lifetime has been working in Santa Barbara County for over a decade, so we have an extensive network of trusted vendors ensures you have the best options to choose from, all while staying within your budget.
Logistics and Coordination: On the big day, we will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from overseeing the decor to managing the schedule, running the ceremony and reception timelines, and most of all.. allowing you to savor every moment.

ceremony rehearsal supervision: $100
contract negotiations: $25/hr
additional hours on the wedding day: $100/hr
